Overview of the Network Solutions Manager role
The Network Solutions Manager will be a vital member of the Wayspring Network Solutions team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Network Strategy.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for creating client- and market-specific strategies; owning the facilitation and project management with the client team; and connecting dots back into our long-term solution development. Our client engagement requires insights, opportunity identification, and tactical planning related to SUD provider network performance and the value of care delivery. The role will provide growth opportunities for personal and career development including regular interactions with executive leadership at Wayspring and working across departments to help develop insights that are clear and grounded in national care standards in the rapidly evolving addiction treatment landscape. While the individual will work primarily within the Network Solutions team and with clients, the role will also interface directly with key business functions including Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Enterprise Solutions, Actuary, and Growth.

At Wayspring, we don’t just see you as an employee, we see you for who you are. a whole-person – with hobbies, pets, families, and lives outside of work. Our flexible schedule and flexible work environment options help you to create and maintain the work-life balance you need most.
Wayspring offers personalized services to help patients navigate a fractured ecosystem to receive quality treatment, improving outcomes for Wayspring client groups.
