Job Summary:

The Sr. IT Enterprise Applications Engineer will collaborate with Reltio’s AI Engineering and business stakeholders to optimize, strategize and deliver technology solutions and automated processes to allow our global team to innovate at scale. The ideal candidate will be part of a global team responsible for our most critical platforms: Okta, Google Enterprise Workspace, Atlassian Jira, JSM, Confluence, Slack, Bettercloud, and Monday.com among others. This role will also perform IT administration and operational duties supporting AI applications like Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI ChatGPT.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Platform Orchestration: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our core application stack: Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Lead the lifecycle of Okta Enterprise, including complex integrations, advanced lifecycle management (LCM), and adaptive MFA policies to ensure a "zero trust" posture.
• AI Integration: Manage and optimize our AI footprint, including Anthropic Claude Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring seamless deployment and data governance and reporting.
• Automation First: Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with automated sequences using APIs, Custom GPTs/Gems, AI Agents and/or native platform automations.
• Collaboration Architecture: Have a strong “integration as infrastructure” design mindset, ensuring core platforms are structured and connected for high-velocity cross-functional work, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
• Governance & Security: Partner with the Security team to ensure all enterprise apps meet compliance standards (SOC2, GDRP, etc.) without hindering user experience.
• New Technologies: Assist with the assessment of new and existing applications and platforms from business and AI use case analysis, application capability assessment, vendor evaluation, through to recommendations and execution.

Skills You Must Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or comparable work experience in IT Business Systems.
• Okta Certification - Okta Certified Professional or higher required.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience as a design and implementation Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer within a high-growth, cloud-native Enterprise environment.
• Okta Enterprise: Expert-level knowledge of OIDC/SAML, API integrations, OIE, and Okta Workflows.
• Google Workspace Enterprise: Deep experience in advanced security and large-scale domain management.
• Atlassian Stack: Advanced administration of Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software, and Confluence.
• Slack Enterprise Plus: Experience managing Enterprise Plus, complex app-governance and integration models, Slack Workflows and Integrations.
• AI Literacy: Familiarity with deploying and managing Enterprise AI seat-based chat models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how to use their features and functionality in an Enterprise environment while being mindful of the unique security considerations they bring.
• Strong IAM, RBAC, and MFA experience and knowledge as related to onboarding/offboarding processes. Advanced knowledge of IT application workflows using Okta, Bettercloud and other IT automation systems.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to assume responsibility for specific project deliverables with limited supervision.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the simultaneous oversight of multiple tasks.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues when they arise.
• Strong and clear communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with employees of all levels in the company.

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

• Experience with managing AI based Developer environments, API Project access and governance, and cost and usage reporting from these tools.
• Familiarity with LookerStudio, Tableau or other reporting/dashboard building platforms.
• Experience with Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP), CoWork and Claude related offerings.
• Working knowledge with AI context prompting.
• Bettercloud User Automation certification.
• Master Database Management (MDM) experience and/or other database administration.
