Job Summary:
The Program Manager, Training & Enablement supports the execution of partner-focused training programs that ensure customers and partners are role-ready, implementation-prepared, and continuously developing their skills. This role coordinates onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning initiatives, tracks partner readiness and completion, and collaborates cross-functionally to align training with delivery needs. The position is highly program- and project-oriented, customer-facing, and focused on delivering a high-quality partner enablement experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support customer and partner-focused, role-based training programs to ensure partners are prepared to deliver successful Reltio implementations.
- Track and manage partner training completion, certification progress, and readiness milestones, escalating risks as needed.
- Support customer training activities that align with partner-led implementation projects and shared enablement programs.
- Execute defined onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs for partners using established frameworks and timelines.
- Use learning platforms and tools to assign learning paths, monitor completion, and support training programs (not system ownership).
- Collaborate closely with customer and partner teams to align training requirements with delivery needs.
- Coordinate multiple program tasks and timelines using structured project coordination practices.
- Provide a high-quality, service-oriented experience for partners and customers throughout their learning journey.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Report on program engagement, certification status, and readiness outcomes.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve training coordination, reporting, insights, and operational efficiency.
- Follow established content governance standards and training processes.
- Meet defined performance and customer service expectations.
Skills You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Education, Learning Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in partner enablement, customer education, training coordination, or program operations.
- Experience working with external audiences (partners, customers, vendors) in a professional services or SaaS environment.
- Comfort using learning platforms (LMS or similar tools) to support training programs and track completion.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer- and partner-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while following established processes.
- Proficiency with standard business tools and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
Skills That Are Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems (systems integrators, consultancies, resellers).
- Familiarity with certification programs or role-based learning paths.
- Exposure to software implementation or delivery projects.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS delivery models or professional services workflows.
