Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Associate will support the execution of regional marketing plans and programs that drive awareness and generate demand for Reltio's solutions. This role will assist in coordinating events, managing logistics, tracking budgets, and supporting various field marketing activities to engage target audiences and support sales pipeline growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns and act as a liaison to align team efforts and communications to maintain a cohesive field presence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Reltio’s end-to-end presence at large-scale trade shows such as Microsoft Ignite, Google Cloud Next, and AWS reInvent, among others.
- Lead cross-functional planning/debrief meetings pre-and post event with onsite teams to align on messaging, expectations, Reltio’s presence at the event, and ways to guarantee the greatest ROI.
- Create and send electronic invitations to field events, using Marketing Automation and event management tools.
- Work with Marketing Ops, Creative, and Web teams to create landing pages and other digital assets for live events.
- Design and build nurturing programs in marketing automation platform for event follow-up.
- Conduct Pre-event analysis of registration list, create customer profile reports, and distribute to the field team for onsite preparation.
- Assist with vendor management, including sourcing vendors, submitting contracts, and working with our internal finance teams to get approvals.
- Manage company swag and gifting platform, ensuring smooth execution, easy access for the GTM team, and adherence to company branding guidelines.
- Manage social media promotion and content scheduling for field marketing events and webinars to maximize audience engagement and drive registration.
Skills You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent years of working experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe CS, Cvent, Microsoft Office & Enterprise communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
