Proposal Development Director
Redox
Opportunity & Impact
This role sits at the center of how Redox communicates value to the market—both in response to defined opportunities and in shaping demand proactively. As the Proposal Development Director, you will own and elevate how Redox creates, packages, and delivers proposals across the customer lifecycle. This includes both:
Reactive (inbound) proposals such as RFPs and structured procurement processes
Proactive (outbound) proposals—strategic, consultative materials that help create and accelerate opportunities before a formal buying process exists
Today, proposal development at Redox is highly distributed—even executive leadership is building materials directly. This role is a critical investment in centralizing that capability, increasing quality and consistency, and enabling scalable growth.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to translate Redox’s capabilities into compelling, visually polished, and commercially effective proposals, ranging from PowerPoint narratives to highly structured PDF deliverables with pricing, visuals, and tailored messaging.
The common thread: you deeply understand what Redox does, how healthcare buyers think, and how to craft materials that win business.
