Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at Redox. Reporting directly to our CFO, you will play a critical role in helping Redox achieve its growth and financial objectives. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leaders across all functions within Redox - including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations - to drive decision-making with data and financial insights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned to strategic and operational goals
  • Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial and business performance
  • Deliver scenario modeling, board-level presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisions
  • Develop, maintain, and improve the long-range financial model
  • Collaborate with Accounting to execute accurate and timely close and financial reporting
  • Support fundraising initiatives and reporting to existing investors
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A roles and 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skills
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent command of SaaS metrics and business drivers (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, ARR)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • High degree of ownership and bias toward action
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring a team member
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Healthcare tech industry experience is a plus
  • Investment Banking, Consulting or investment experience a plus, but not required
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Quickbooks and financial planning software a plus

Software Platform/Tools

  • Required: Excel / Sheets
  • Preferred: QuickBooks or other accounting software; Creativity around using AI tools
