About the role
On Belay is seeking motivated, passionate Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) of Sales to develop the On Belay provider network. The goal of each RVP is to develop and execute a market development strategy in their defined territory. The RVP will report to Senior Vice President, Provider Growth and Sales.

What you'll do
- Strategic approach to physician network development, working in tandem with On Belay’s C-Suite to develop, refine and execute on that strategy
- Independent leader with an ability to execute on key strategic objectives with little day-to-day oversight and using a high level of judgement and discretion
- Sincere passion to become a subject matter expert of value-based contracts, including Medicare risk contracts
- Develop a robust pipeline of primary care practices to meet assigned quotas
- Provide education and deliver compelling value propositions to physician groups in a way that supports high quality, often complex relationships
- Ability to lead a sales process from lead generation to contract execution, working with external and internal stakeholders throughout negotiation process
- Relationship management experience to maintain a collaborative relationship and be the face of the company to physician group leadership, resolving and escalating issues appropriately
- Cross functional experience working with the On Belay team to advance relevant sales and marketing initiatives in the local markets within your specific region
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Growth team, sharing insights and best practices
- Other related duties assigned at manager’s discretion
Qualifications
- At least five (5) years in healthcare related sales or provider relations positions, experience in value-based physician networks preferred
- Must have experience selling to or working directly with primary care physician practices
- Knowledge of financial metrics and ability to perform research on potential clients and perform financial projections
- Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
While pay may vary depending on location, experience, and complexity of territory. On Belay is targeting a base compensation range of $100,000-$120,000. This role will have a variable compensation plan for accomplished sales.
