WHAT YOU'LL DO
ExamFX and ClickSafety are hiring an Analyst Sales Operations . In this role, you will assist the Sales Team with CRM management (D365 and HubSpot), Salesloft campaign execution, sales process management, sales team performance reporting, contract management, and other ad-hoc projects. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Qualified candidates will be team oriented, self-starters who operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be responsible for implementing best practices across the sales organization. By aligning directly alongside all departments involved in the sales cycle, this role will create and leverage effective lines of communication for clearer, solution-driven sales strategies that will drive higher revenue across both ExamFX and ClickSafety.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work hybrid out of the Leawood, KS office.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
• Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to increase sales productivity and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to identify and address opportunities to improve sales processes, systems, and tools, including D365, HubSpot, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Excel, Powerbi and Microsoft Office
• Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, such as pipeline, conversion rates, and win/loss ratios, using tools such as Excel, Powerbi and Smartsheet, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including D365 and HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data, reporting, and analytics.
• Create and manage sales forecasting models, budgets, and targets using Excel, Powerbi and Smartsheet
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis using tools such as Excel or Powerbi to inform sales strategies and positioning.
• Provide training and coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales process optimization using Salesloft and other tools as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets using tools such as D365, HubSpot, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Excel, Powerbi, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly D365 and/or HubSpot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
