What You Will Do

As an Associate Account Manager for Clover, you’ll support the management of major accounts, work with customers onboarding and renewals, and conduct customer insight analysis.

Where You Will Work

This position will work remote in the United States.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Aid Solutions Executives in identifying new business and upselling opportunities.
  • Support Solutions Executives in outreach efforts to boost awareness and generate leads, support account growth strategies through territory management, pipeline development, and cross-selling referrals
  • Support Solutions Executives (AE’s) with pulling data to assist with business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing) to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support account growth strategies, including territory management, pipeline opportunities, and deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer CRM records, tracking prospect headcounts and category suitability, generating precise sales forecasts, and overseeing lead quality
  • Keep track of customer interactions, follow-ups, and milestones to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure accurate capture of win/loss data for opportunities and client retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within our customer accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding for new clients and re-familiarize existing accounts with our products and services, especially when new program directors are in place.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings with customers to review their progress, identify any roadblocks, and ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
  • Provide support to clients via email, phone, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams for resolving platform, billing, and other issues that arise.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate non-repurchase (e.g. churn) risks.
  • Execute account repurchasing strategies to maximize repurchase rates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand customer relationships.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, renewals, and upsells.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of sales account management experience within industry
  • Professional presence, business acumen
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and presentation
  • skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for sales data interpretation and trend identification
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education or healthcare technology industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency preferred in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
