Requirements

The role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our Finance Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and scaling our NetSuite ERP environment while partnering closely with Corporate Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in NetSuite implementation and expansion initiatives, finance process automation, systems integration, and continuous improvement efforts across our Finance technology ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who combines strong NetSuite expertise with a solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, helping drive operational efficiency, scalability, and business growth.

The day-to-day

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite platform, ensuring system stability, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, and maximize system utilization.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions to support evolving business needs.
  • Support NetSuite implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data migration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Support and maintain integrations across the Finance technology ecosystem, with a particular focus on Salesforce (SFDC) and other critical business applications.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline month-end close, financial reporting, and operational finance processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience administering NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Month-End Close.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and data migration or conversion initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and related quote-to-cash or finance business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams.

These would also be nice:

  • CPA certification and/or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment and supporting publicly traded or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, AI-enabled tools, FP&A platforms, budgeting, forecasting, planning, or other Finance technology applications.
