Requirements
We’re seeking a Project Manager to help drive Kaltura’s vision of transforming how organizations communicate and collaborate through video and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you’ll join our Professional Services team and play a critical part in delivering innovative video experiences and AI-driven capabilities powered by Kaltura’s SaaS platform.
As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Kaltura’s solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption for our customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll guide customers from project kickoff through go-live, applying a consultative approach to align solutions with their business objectives.
To succeed, you’ll develop deep expertise in Kaltura’s platform and post-sale delivery processes while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities. This role is highly customer-facing and cross-functional, working closely with Implementation Managers, Developers, Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that reflect Kaltura’s commitment to innovation and customer success.
Essential Responsibilities
· Manage the customer implementation process from post‑sale through successful deployment and adoption of Kaltura’s video and AI-powered messaging solutions.
· Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and all implementation activities.
· Follow up with customers via email, chat, and phone to gather configuration requirements and other implementation inputs.
· Create and maintain project plans within our project‑tracking system, and keep internal teams informed of status, risks, and next steps.
· Assist in establishing customer goals and communicating deliverables (timelines, scope of work, success criteria) both internally and externally.
· Perform customer discovery calls, planning calls, and other internal and customer‑facing activities related to onboarding and solution delivery.
· Collaborate with Implementation Managers to review product configuration settings and adjust according to customer needs.
· Coordinate training sessions tailored to the customer’s specific platform configuration and AI capabilities.
· Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
· Proven customer‑first approach with experience managing external customers.
· Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all customer levels.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
· Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations.
· Familiarity with AI‑driven products or solutions – advantage.
· Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Salary range of $80,000- $105,000
