Requirements

The role

As a Learning & Development Partner at Kaltura, you will support the growth and development of our global workforce. Working alongside business leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts, you will help identify learning needs, design effective learning experiences, and deliver initiatives that enhance organizational capability and performance.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and contribute directly to Kaltura’s learning culture and employee development.

The day-to-day

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to identify local learning needs and skills within various teams
  • Design and develop learning programs, workshops, and blended learning solutions (digital and in-person)
  • Lead training sessions, support team-building activities
  • Manage L&D projects end-to-end, including logistics, scheduling, internal communication, and materials preparation
  • Maintain and update our digital learning resources and LMS platforms to ensure content is accessible and relevant
  • Track learning metrics and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements
  • Assist managers and employees in navigating development resources and building individual development plans

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, or related HR roles
  • Hands-on experience in designing and facilitating training programs
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to clearly communicate with global audiences
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach when working with stakeholders
