Requirements

The role

Kaltura is looking for a Partner Network Manager to play a key role in how our technology reaches the market through resellers and technology partners. This role sits at the heart of Kaltura’s go-to-market execution and partner ecosystem, working closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Legal to turn partnerships into real, scalable business impact.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and activating partners end-to-end — from first alignment through live opportunities — while helping build the operational foundation that allows partnerships to scale globally.

The day-to-day

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and activation of resellers and technology partners, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
  • Manage partner readiness across tooling, processes, and internal alignment (CRM, marketplace presence, enablement materials)
  • Support partner-led opportunities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance
  • Coordinate internally to ensure partners are approved, priced correctly, and aligned with commercial and legal requirements
  • Maintain clear visibility into partner status, pipeline, and performance across systems and dashboards
  • Help operationalize partner programs by documenting processes, improving workflows, and reducing friction
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, driving momentum and accountability

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Experience in partner management, channel sales, or go-to-market roles
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives in parallel
  • Comfort working across systems, processes, and cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Ability to bring order, structure, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

These would also be nice:

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces
  • Familiarity with accessibility, video, or AI-related solutions
  • Experience supporting enterprise or global customers
