Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Kaltura. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, enable the field, and ensure successful adoption and expansion of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

GTM & Product Launches: Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new features, products, and rollouts, collaborating closely with product managers to ensure technical accuracy and market fit.

Product Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the product team on messaging, positioning, and product microcopy. Maintain a close feedback loop to continuously refine positioning and ensure product-market alignment.

Competitive & Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable battle cards, competitive briefs, and campaign strategies.

Sales & Customer Enablement: Deliver engaging enablement sessions and presentations in fluent English, with the ability to confidently present to large internal and external audiences. Create core collateral, including pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, and briefs for marketing campaigns and webpages.

Cross-Functional Partnering: Act as the voice of the market and customer across the organization, ensuring insights and feedback are fed into product development, messaging, and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building and delivering impactful sales enablement tools and collateral.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to and engage large groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and translate competitive analysis and market research into actionable insights.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex products and communicate them clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
