About the role
At Humata Health, we’re seeking a Product Manager to lead and shape our provider platform. You’ll be the bridge between customers and engineering, making sure what we build solves real-world problems. As part of a small but growing team, you’ll wear different hats: from talking to users and defining roadmaps to helping roll out new features.

What you’ll do:

• Talk to customers: Regularly check in with providers, gather feedback, and turn their pain points into solutions.

• Shape our roadmap: Use market insights, customer conversations, and data to decide what comes next.

• Work with engineering: Partner with our devs to prioritize and launch features on time, without sacrificing quality.

• Gather and clarify requirements: Balance ideas from internal teams (sales, support, ops) and external stakeholders; remove ambiguity to create clear, actionable plans.

• Own the product lifecycle: From brainstorming a new feature to launching it, you’ll make sure everything aligns with customer needs and business goals.

• Stay curious: Keep an eye on HealthTech and AI trends so we can keep ahead of the curve.

• Pitch in wherever needed: In a fast-paced startup, you might dive into analytics, marketing brainstorms, or anything else that helps move the needle.
  

Who you are:

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in AI-driven software or healthcare tech.

• Customer-obsessed: You enjoy talking to users, uncovering their real needs, and turning feedback into action.

• Tech-savvy: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you understand AI/ML basics and healthcare integrations (APIs, FHIR, etc.).

• A great communicator: You can translate complicated tech ideas into simple language for engineers and non-technical teammates alike.

• Data-driven: You look at product metrics, market data, and user feedback to decide what to build next.

• Self-motivated: Whether you’re in the Winter Park office or at home, you know how to stay organized and move projects forward independently.
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the healthcare space (working with providers, payers, or health systems).

• Familiarity with agile development (scrums, sprints, user stories, etc.).

Our salary ranges are based on competitive pay for our company’s size and industry. They are one part of the total compensation package that may also include equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
