Role Description

The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for partnering with the Centralized Scheduling Manager, Practice Managers, and Clinical Leadership to optimize provider schedules for accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the Centralized Scheduling Manager and Practice Managers to understand availability and preferences of clinicians and optimize schedule
  • Utilize the scheduling platform to review daily clinic huddles and cross-reference staffing needs for accuracy and coverage.
  • Proactively monitor open appointment slots each day, making adjustments to maximize clinic access and optimize provider utilization
  • Assist Centralized Scheduling Manager with schedule change request forms as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned by leadership

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: Associates Degree, or an equivalent combination of work experience & education
  • Preferred: 1+ years experience in a Staffing Coordinator position or 1 year experience in the staffing industry.
