About the Role
Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA) is a trusted independent investment research and training firm serving institutional investors and hedge funds. Using our proprietary Tactical Behavior Assessment® (TBA™) methodology — with roots in the U.S. intelligence community — we train and advise clients on how to detect incomplete or unreliable disclosures from company executives.

We’re looking for a Behavioral Intelligence Expert to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to apply elite interviewing and behavioral analysis skills in the financial services sector.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver introductory and advanced training in behavioral analysis.
• Apply TBA to analyze complex public company disclosures.
• Partner with clients to develop interview strategies and tailored questions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally with a premier intelligence organization (CIA, FBI, NSA, Secret Service, or equivalent).
• Experience in polygraph training, interrogation/elicitation, or investigations (FLETC preferred).
• Strong interviewing background and ability to draw clear, reasoned conclusions.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills — you can command a room.
• Willingness to travel (2 short U.S. trips/month + 2–4 international trips/year).
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
