Position Descripti
onBluebird Kids Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate APRN with a patient and family-first mindset for our Jacksonville offices. The APRN will provide comprehensive evidence-based healthcare to infants, children, adolescents and young adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The ideal APRN candidate will work collaboratively with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, aligning with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our young patients, in a mission-driven and value-based contracting environmen
